2005; Winning the State XC meet in 2004; Peter Parlock throwing
a hurdle at Erich Baden; Michael Dearing talking about running
"all up on a teammate's "buttox"; The Rusty Parsons and Papa
Parsons fued at Wheeling Park (Track 2007); Lancaster XC (are
you all sponsered by Nike?) and (Dude, you all are good ... wait
a second (looks at the back of one of our jerseys) ... yeah it
was you); The Mountaintop Combo in Preston County (2006) (Zach
Goad "Look at the Preston cheerleaders (cows in the
background)), (Goad and I jumping in the lake with Rachel
Riley's pink racing shorts on (Goad) and my swim team jammers,
swimming cap, and goggles), (Goad climbing across the balcony
and us getting yelled at), and (Messing with Lucas all night as
he sat outside in the parking lot); Signing up for Louisville

ice underneath the bridge by the Plant with Trey Beckett, Nolan
Queen, and Pat Riley; Getting All-State in XC in 2004 & 2005;
Git-R-Done under the Underpass; Sean Beckett's DS and PL;
Spearing Brandon Terry during strides; That darn duck that just
sat in the water as Eric Cooper, Sean Beckett, Josh Holley, and
I threw rocks at it in the Nursery; Matt Lucas screaming at us
