Comments: Preston better watch out because we’re movin’ on up. Today we moved to a new level as a team with some outstanding performances. We are still experimenting with our relays & will decide what combination is best for our team come state meet. Parrish unleashed a big one in the shot & ranks among the best in the state. Our 1-2-3 finish in the 400 was very impressive & our relays remain very strong. The next two weeks will be time to enter our PEAK Phase & sharpen a season worth of hard work. You must remain focused & do everything possible to be at your best.
