Comments: This was a bittersweet victory for our
team because 2 athletes got injured during the meet. Drake Kinzel in the Long
Jump with a major high ankle sprain & Michael Fetty in the 400 with a
strained hamstring. We learned today that we will have to be prepared with
backup athletes in our relays & for those athletes to warm-up with the
team & be ready to compete. We must do everything possible to get healthy
these next two weeks for Regionals & States. We
are now in our Peak Phase & must follow everything to the tee to get full
