To Qualify as an Individual:
Finish in the top 10 at your
regional meet
To Qualify as a Team:
This depends on how many complete teams
(5 or more runners) start in your regional. If 3 or fewer teams start,
only the regional champion qualifies. If there are 4-6 teams start at
your regional, the top 2 teams qualify. If 7-9 teams start at your
regional, the top 3 teams qualify. If more than 10 teams start at your
regional race, the top 4 teams qualify.
