While most people head to Myrtle Beach, SC for their summer vacation, Jacob Burcham will be competing in the USA Youth World Trials attempting to earn a trip to Lille, France.
Burcham performances this past track season earned him a qualifying spot in the trials and if he finishes in the top 2, he should secure a spot on Team USA that will head to Lille, France to compete in the World Championship next week. Jacob will be competing in the 1500 meter USA Trial finals on Thursday morning, July 7th, at 10:30am. The team will be announced at 6:30pm on Wednesday evening. |
