The Knights won the boys title with 20 points. They had five runners in the top seven led by winner Austin Jordan, who ran a meet-record 16:53. Rock Hill's Brendon McCormick was second in 17:10. He had the meet mark at 16:54 in 2014. Rock Hill was second with 68 points and Huntington High third with 86. For the girls, Cabell Midland had five of the top six finishers and won with 18 points. Huntington High was second with 66 and River Valley third with 77. Cabell Midland's Anya Miller won in 20:52 and teammate Jessica Salmons placed second in 21:00. Huntington High's Winnie Mayes was third in 21:32. In middle school, Milton had the top four runners and won the boys title with 16 points. Barboursville was second with 65 and Minford third with 118. For Milton, Cooper Gibson took first in 11:09. Then came teammates Xander Opimo (11:52), Jaden Fleshman (12:05) and Sam Lerose (12:06). On the girls side, Barboursville won with 41 followed by Milton with 50 and Rock Hill with 74. Rock Hill's Bella Stevens led the field, winning in a record 12:36.
